A more recent addition to our pool of expertise, Foundry Automation has become an increasingly larger part of what we do. Focused largely on the Motion Control aspects of the operations, we help to provide modernized solutions that keep our customers running. Because of the incredible amounts of energy consumed in this industry, we are always vigilant in finding solutions that maximize energy efficiency while providing a net decrease in power consumption.
Throughout our existence, IAE has been providing solutions to the market needs of the Food and Beverage industry. Our expertise includes everything
from high-speed canning and bottling applications to meat patty production. Over time, these processes have evolved slowly, but the amount of of data
available from the processes has grown exponetially. As we continue to grow our Business Intelligence sector our focus falls largely in this industry where .1% efficiency gains generally translate to millions of dollars on the bottom line.
For many years the ESG family of companies has been a leader in Railroad Automation systems with IAE playing a major role in the system development. Providing key input to the evolution of Railway Fuel Management systems for both stationary and mobile applications, IAE has aided the efforts of our sister companies, Remote Maintenance Technologies and MBA Engineering in their continued roles as unrivaled trend-setters in this industry.
As a close cousin to the Food and Beverage industry, Dairy Operations employ many of the same technologies and processes. IAE has commissioned a wide range of projects in this space, including C.I.P. systems, cheese manufacturing, and multiple methods of pasteurization controls. Due to the large volume of Dairy Operations in our area, we are always aware of the challenges that face this industry and ready to assist in providing solutions
As the preffered integrator to one of the region's largest flour millers, IAE has a depth of expertise in this industry not found in most local integrators. The mangement of the flour milling processes can change drastically from one mill to the next. IAE strives to ensure that our staff understands the theory of flour milling first so that we can easily adapt to the details of each mill.
