IAE - Industrial Automation Engeineering

IAE was founded in 1995, by Brian Beaufeaux, to provide contract engineering services for a large semiconductor manufacturer. With 40 engineers, technicians, project managers and administrative staff, we’ve come a long way from the days in Brian’s basement.

IAE is a growing company and is expanding into new markets and industries. Our foundation has always been in strong electrical design and PLC/HMI programming, and our future includes a firm position in Manufacturing Business Intelligence. As the world of manufacturing changes to a more data-centric model, we’ve adapted our workforce to change with it.

“From the plant floor to the top floor,” is a common industry cliché that most integrators can’t live up to. At IAE, our people operate on the plant floor, the top floor and everywhere in between.
