Bob joined IAE in January 2011 as its Chief Executive. Bob has over 20 years of industry management experience in sales and operations, including more than a decade serving the wastewater treatment market. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, Communications program.

Jason joined IAE in August of 1996 as a project engineer. After several years in engineering and project management, he shifted his role to sales, helping to grow the company and stabilize the sales process.

Jason now acts as the Director of Sales and Marketing, forging new client relationships and heading up the efforts of IAE’s Account Managers. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of North Dakota in 1994.

Neil joined IAE in January 2011 as the Director of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for engineering processes and acts in a mentoring role for IAE’s Project Managers.

He has over 15 years of experience in Controls Engineering and Project Management, and has worked within the Process Control, Packaging Integration, and Web Converting industries. Neil has a degree in Robotics from Central Lakes College.
